As the Client Lead Partner together with the Defense Team, I am actively involved in multiple large complex strategic assignment for the Dutch Ministry of Defense. With a predominant focus on transformation and the procurement of material and logistics, my experience covers a broad range of disciplines: strategy development, organisational design, strategic sourcing, life cycle costing, business cases / cost-benefit analysis, contract management, project management and risk management.
